Strategic Account Management Opportunities

As a seasoned Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing key accounts and establishing strong relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to achieve assigned strategic account objectives, develop innovative solutions to meet client needs, and monitor sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts and deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Suggest creative solutions to address client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and information exchange
  • Identify and pursue new potential strategic customers, expanding our market reach and revenue streams
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager, with a track record of success
  • Strong sales background in B2B or B2C environments, with expertise in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account Management Systems, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in account management, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
  • Availability to travel as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices
