As a Manager in our Global Business Tax Team, you will build positive relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations:

  • Lead tax advisory engagements independently with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Manage tax compliances, including filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, and advance tax provisions.
  • Represent before tax authorities for assessment, rectification, and other matters.
  • Train assistant managers and executives for their professional development.
  • Deliver tax technology assets through licensing and internal managed services.
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end tax operate engagements.
  • Internal client codes management from time logging, invoicing, and collections perspectives.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones.

Key Qualifications:

  • CA-5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Analytical skills & conceptual clarity.
  • Eye for Details & Innovation thinking.
  • Time and cost management skill.
  • Managing & Leading a Team.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Location and Work Style:

  • Base location: Delhi.
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
  • Hybrid work style is our default approach.
