The Engineer works with operation teams to understand the business requirements and develops and implements business process management (BPM) low-code workflow solutions and dashboards as required. This role involves managing data sets from different sources – including but not limited to MS Excel and SQL platforms. This role also involves extensive use of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.NET, AJAX calls, XML and JSON

  • Create a positive team experience.
  • Implement process controls which will detect any anomalies and address them proactively.

Client

  • Provide supreme customer service with timely and quality service.
  • Provide leadership the necessary reporting from the application and provide tactical support.
  • Gather requirements from various tax practices, understanding their needs and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and comply with standards.

Value

  • Development and design new code and/or support operations team, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
  • Experience in any standard BPM tool is an advantage.
  • Design and build forms, flows with great layouts and intuitive UI/UX.
  • Work with business analysts to understand the process requirements and implement functional and technical specifications.
  • Effectively update organization business processes models and integrate them with proper Enterprise systems and capabilities.
  • Implement process controls that will detect any anomalies and address them proactively.
  • Provide supreme customer service with timely and quality service.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and comply with standards.
  • Should have good knowledge on create Views, Stored Procedures and Joins in SQL is an advantage.
  • Should have good knowledge on HTML5, jQuery, web API's.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture support.

Education And Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech would be preferable.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior Business Process Management experience will be a plus.

Computer Skills
Candidate should have Intermediate to advanced level expertise in SQL DML operations. Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript and Web API's. Ability within a specific technology area to complete root cause analysis, design solutions, write code, perform testing, provide documentation, and implement projects. High attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and good communication skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

  • The current work hours are 2.00 PM to 11.00 PM, IST. Shift change is anticipated depending on global offices' work hours/time zone and business needs.
  • Candidate should be willing to work in any shift.
  • A reasonable amount of overtime will be required during peak season.
  • Standard indoor working environment
  • Position requires regular interaction with employees located in global offices both via e-mail and telephone.
