Global Value Strategy Lead

As a Global HEOR Value Writing Leader, you will oversee the development of payer- and HTA-relevant deliverables. These include Global Value Dossiers, AMCP dossiers, early HTA briefing books, reports, and scientific publications across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Global HEOR Value Writers to foster high performance.
- Develop, review, and quality control value writing deliverables.
- Align with Head HTA Strategy and Project Management to ensure deliverables follow product strategy and timelines.
- Serve as an expert on payer- and HTA-relevant writing materials.
- Doctorate degree in health economics, public health, pharmacy, life sciences, biostatistics, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in HEOR, Medical, or Regulatory writing in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or consulting setting.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent English communication skills, advanced understanding of clinical, economic, and real-world data, and expertise in global HTA processes, payer evidence requirements, and value demonstration standard methodologies.
