Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, responsible for developing and executing global category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving project execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement expert with expertise in HEOR or related fields, knowledge of commercialization categories, and understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Strategy Development: Develop robust global category strategies that meet business needs across product lifecycle and markets.
  • Supplier Management: Manage sourcing and contracting teams to ensure timely delivery and drive supplier performance.
  • Project Execution: Lead business reviews with stakeholders to track performance and ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience in a multinational environment.
  • 1-3 years of pharmaceutical procurement experience.
  • Internal stakeholder management, data management, category management, process redesign, and continuous improvement expertise.
  • Project management and performance measurement skills.
