Executive Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact sourcing projects that drive cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, innovation, and risk reduction within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and select top suppliers for indirect spend categories with annual spend up to $5 million.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, as well as prepare proposal documents, statements of work, quotations, and bids with pertinent specifications, terms, and conditions.
  • Develop and manage complex business agreements and contracts with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, select, and set up ongoing performance management for suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with partners to understand their requirements and ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark prices to optimize procurement costs.
  • Participate in regular reviews with Global Category Managers and Regional Heads of Procurement to ensure alignment and progress of sourcing activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of procurement activities and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field, demonstrating a consistent track record of successful sourcing projects.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to support multiple end-to-end sourcing projects concurrently, focusing on data accuracy and quality of output.
  • Proven ability to lead parallel projects, prioritize critical tasks, and build effective relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Solid understanding and execution of negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Oracle Fusion, Archer, Emptoris, and other procurement tools.
