Virtual BPO Manager
to establish and lead a high-performance inside-sales and customer engagement team.
Role Overview
As the
Virtual BPO Manager
, you will set up, manage, and scale a distributed business development team. Starting with 5 executives and growing to 10+, you will oversee
lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue enablement
, supported by OmicsVeu's
digital marketing engine
and global outreach.
This is a strategic role for a self-driven professional who can combine
team leadership, process discipline, and revenue focus
with the flexibility of managing a virtual BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
– Recruit, train, and manage a virtual team of 5 (scaling to 10+) business development associates. - Business Development
– Drive global outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline creation across U.S., EU, India, LATAM, and APAC. - Marketing Alignment
– Work closely with the digital marketing team to leverage inbound leads, campaigns, and outbound initiatives. - Revenue Growth
– Deliver measurable results in lead conversion, customer acquisition, and recurring revenue. - Process & Tools
– Implement CRM, dashboards, call/visit tracking, and performance analytics. - Customer Engagement
– Ensure superior prospect and customer experience through timely follow-ups, demos, and hand-offs to sales/application teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing
BPO/Inside Sales teams
(5+ people, scaling to larger teams). - Background in
business development, telesales, or global customer support
(life sciences / healthcare / diagnostics preferred but not mandatory). - Strong familiarity with
CRM tools
(Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Excellent communication, leadership, and process management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on
revenue generation and customer success
. - Ability to work
virtually, across time zones
, and manage performance remotely.
