Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Credit Relationship Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily with partner teams to ensure seamless credit operations.

As a key member of our team, you will monitor and maintain high-quality portfolios through performance support. You will collaborate with partner teams to collect overdue cases and prepare essential data for review.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with partner teams for seamless credit operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality portfolios through performance support.
  • Collaborate in collecting overdue cases with partner teams.
  • Prepare and maintain essential data for review.
  • Regularly visit partner offices to strengthen relationships and align processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector, with a focus on credit/partner management.
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
  • In-depth understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
