We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to lead strategic partnerships in North America and the UAE. This role is critical to strengthening our position in these markets, developing robust partner networks, and driving sustainable growth.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a partnership strategy aligned with our global growth objectives.
- Identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with universities, institutions, and strategic partners.
- Conducting market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiating agreements that maximize value for both parties.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver partner success.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on partnership performance using CRM and analytics tools.
- Representing us at industry events and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, customer success, or sales.
- A strong understanding of higher education market dynamics, particularly in North America.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and partner management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Tech-savviness and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
