Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for sales and business development of pharmaceutical products (APIs) in the Indian domestic market. This role involves visiting customers, participating in seminars and exhibitions, analyzing market opportunities, and devising promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans based on business objectives
- Optimize commercial performance of existing in-market products
- Conduct customer meetings to enhance the company image and implement sales promotion plans
- Independently develop and execute business development plans
- Meet personal sales targets
- More than 8 years of experience in the sales of APIs
- Familiarity with the Indian pharmaceutical market and business size of 4 million USD/year or above
- Diplomatic and literate communication skills, diverse cultural thinking, good English writing and speaking skills
- Learner, investigator, and scrupulous to details
The monthly salary is estimated at between 1500USD/M and 3500USD/M, plus an annual performance bonus. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, bonuses, and benefits.
