Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales manager to lead our API sales efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Buidling and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Providing market insights and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the API or intermediates sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian pharmaceutical market, including current trends and developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
