Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced API Sales and Business Development Manager for the India market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and optimizing commercial performance in the domestic Indian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets in the India domestic market.
  • Analyze market opportunities, new customer mappings, pricing, and devise promotional strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Visit customers, participate in seminars and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  • Conduct periodic customer meetings to enhance our company image and implement sales promotion plans.
  • Independently develop and execute business development plans based on business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize commercial performance of existing in-market products.
Requirements
  • More than 8 years of experience in API sales.
  • Familiarity with the India pharmaceutical market and business size of 4 million USD/year or above.
  • Diplomatic and literate communication skills with diverse cultural thinking.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
  • Learner, investigator, and scrupulous to details.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $1500-$3500 per month, plus an annual performance bonus.
