We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to take their sales and marketing expertise to the next level.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve volume objectives and key product goals
- Maintain effective relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals to ensure business continuity
- Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide products/services to maximize benefits from Medtronic offerings
- Establish education on company products and services, promoting awareness and adoption
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and implement market development plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
- Minimum 3-6 years of sales experience in concept selling; Distribution Management experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on people/customer/result orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing business needs, and drive results
- Willingness to travel extensively, as required
