Senior Talent Development Manager\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding, to secure the best fit for the company.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and succession planning, guaranteeing a seamless transition of roles.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and satisfaction, focusing on work-life balance and professional growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess workplace culture, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement recognition programs and performance incentives to motivate employees and foster a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, goal setting, and KPI monitoring, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Act as a liaison for audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities, facilitating communication between stakeholders.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning & development programs to enhance employee capabilities, aligning with business needs.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and training workshops, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages, ensuring fairness and transparency in reward distribution.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and implement performance-linked incentives, motivating employees to excel in their roles.
  • Strategic HR Leadership:
