Human Resources Leader Job Description

This senior HR position offers the opportunity to drive organisational growth and culture through strategic talent management.

The ideal candidate will have progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role, and strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance.

  • Talent Strategy: Build and maintain internal and external pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture & Values: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Policy & Benefits: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
