Talent Acquisition Manager Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top technology and product talent. Your key responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic hiring decisions, and executing leadership hires within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline that meets business requirements.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environments with full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including hiring managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to inform strategic hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
