Job Title: Chief Cybersecurity StrategistJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cybersecurity Strategist to join our organization. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies to protect our infrastructure and assets.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our systems and data.
  • Lead incident response efforts to minimize the impact of cyber threats and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in our systems and applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape and provide recommendations for improvements to our security posture.
  • Manage and maintain our security tools and technologies to ensure they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and training to our staff on cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and policies.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as NIST and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems and other security tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
