Artist and Influencer Management Position

Overview of the Job:

This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The position requires coordinating with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, and managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Coordinate content creation with influencers, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Identify and engage potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships.
  • Review and approve influencer content before posting to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, aligning with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and influencer strengths.
  • Support senior manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Onboard new talent, manage high-potential creators, and support their growth and career success.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
