Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to oversee and manage one of our high-volume recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Recruitment Account Manager & Recruitment Managers in managing the client's recruitment life cycle.
  • Work closely with contractors & consultants to provide timely updates on contracts, including renewals and terminations.
  • Assist the HR Manager with onboarding new hires, including contractors, consultants, and employees.
  • Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items, such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and progress.
  • Coordinate meetings, make reservations for senior management, and ensure smooth communication between teams.
  • Provide support in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates through the client portal and review updates published there.
  • Learn the principles of candidate sourcing and screening to improve recruitment processes.
  • Support background checks and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements to optimize results.
  • Support recruitment directly during high-volume periods and assist with creating a Monthly KPI Report (Key Performance Indicator).

Requirements:

  • University Degree required.
  • Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
