Chief Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees.
This individual will work closely with leadership to ensure the success of our team and drive business growth through effective talent acquisition and management strategies.
- Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms.
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
