Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.">
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.">
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.">
