Core Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and the first escalation point for daily operational issues.
- Proactively engage client stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and drivers.
- Ensure onsite teams consistently meet internal and client-facing KPIs and SLAs.
- Develop and refine client processes and procedures.
- Maintain strong external networks to gather market intelligence and stay current with industry trends.
Essential Skills:
- 10-12+ years of experience in Technology hiring.
- 3-5+ years of experience in program management or team leadership roles.
- Strong consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
