We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as Chief Compliance Officer for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with leading Financial Services clients in strengthening their GRC practices.

Job Description

This role requires a seasoned leader with expertise in GRC, risk management and compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory frameworks, including SEBI, RBI, ISO 27001 and SOC. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements for IT governance and information security.
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing policies, procedures and ISMS documentation.
  • Conducting IT risk assessments and maintaining the IT Risk Register.
  • Supporting ISO 27001 implementation and SOC governance.
  • Coordinating internal/external audits and providing audit evidence.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in GRC, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of BFSI/NBFC regulatory compliance, including SEBI and RBI.
  • Professional certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, ISO 27001, COBIT or CEH.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
