Job Title: Reservation Sales Manager

 

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Sales Manager to manage guest reservations and drive sales conversions in the hospitality industry.

This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations, with a strong understanding of hotel management principles and practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions to guests and corporate clients.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services, driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage) for guest requirements and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently, providing exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and respond promptly to ensure timely resolutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and other languages such as Hindi and Bengali.
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and online travel agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused individual with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
