Dynamic Reservation Executive
Our company is looking for a driven candidate to fill the role of Reservation Executive. This individual will be responsible for handling client inquiries, creating reservations, and maintaining customer records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with experience in front office/reservations departments. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and have a strong understanding of hotel operations.
As a Reservation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to maintain accurate records and efficiently manage reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound/Outbound Client Calls/Message Inquiries on IVR/Otas
- Successfully Create Business from Existing Customer Accounts by Sending New Offer Updates, Packages, and More
- Maintain Central Reservation System, Create Reservations, Maintain Customer Records, and Update Advance Payments/Balance Receivable, etc
- Responsible for OTA Marketing/Promotion Plans
- Identify New Revenue Generation Opportunities to Achieve Personal and Property Revenue Goals
- Understand the Overall Market, Including Competitors' Strengths and Weaknesses, Economic Trends, Supply and Demand, etc., and Know How to Sell Against Them
- Actively Participate on Social Media Travel-Related Groups for Generating More Leads and Reach Out to Prospective Customers
Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 Years of Experience in Front Office/Reservations Department (Hotels)
- Excellent Communication Skills, English (Written and Spoken) is a Must
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel is Mandatory
