Front Desk Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Front Desk Executive. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, patient management, and providing excellent customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and communication to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
