Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel/hostel.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To manage multiple facets of operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest experience, R&M & engineering, security & safety, etc.
  2. To supervise various functions and human resources (blue/white collar)
  3. To ensure operational quality with attention to detail on various parameters such as infrastructure, services, staff, operations, etc.
  4. To handle and resolve escalations and grievances
  5. To liaise with various departments and ensure a cordial relationship
  6. To coordinate with other departments within the company to help resolve issues

Requirements:

  1. Hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality
  2. Min. 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, guest house, etc.
  3. Extensive operational knowledge of hotel operations
  4. Outstanding communication, interpersonal & time-management skills
  5. Flexible to relocate anywhere in southern India
  6. High attention to detail
