Job Description
We are seeking a highly responsible and customer-focused Front-End Manager to oversee and manage the front-end operations of Quixa Hypermart. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the customer service area, supervise front-end staff, and maintain high standards of service efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Customer Relation Staff, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Oversee daily front-end operations, including checkout counters, billing, and customer support.
- Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor, train, and guide front-end staff to maintain professionalism and service standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain proper staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
- Coordinate with other departments to support promotions, sales activities, and smooth store functioning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on front-end performance and cash management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front-end management, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cash handling.
- Ability to handle customer issues with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹27,000.00 per month
