Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive,The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing guest reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes up-selling resort services and maintaining accurate reservation records.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Sales skills, including the ability to up-sell resort services
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
