Torry Harris Business Solutions is a leading provider of integration-led digital enablement and transformation services. Our Torry Harris Marketplace (TH-M) product offers a comprehensive suite of features, including administrative portals and eCommerce capabilities.
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our team and drive customer success and satisfaction for our TH-M product. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive customer success and retention strategies, leading the onboarding process for new clients, and proactively engaging with customers to assess their needs and provide support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
