Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the FinTech industry, preferably with a background in AML/KYC compliance or customer service.
  • They will possess excellent business partnering skills and be able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective AML programs to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Proactively identify current/potential compliance issues and escalate them to management.
  • Stay up-to-date on all developments and best practices relating to AML.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all AML-related matters.
  • Conduct training on compliance matters to raise awareness across the organization.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalaate customer feedback as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, law, business).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
