We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing end-to-end development activities from feasibility to delivery.
  2. Preparing and maintaining detailed project development plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Leading the coordination of internal teams (finance, sales, legal) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
  4. Identifying critical path activities and ensuring on-time completion of each project phase.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and development economics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Real Estate Development, MBA, or Construction Management.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with financial modeling, development feasibility studies, and investor reporting.
  • Familiarity with design-build and other project delivery methods.
