Investment Manager Job Description

Leading a team of experts, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing real estate acquisitions in India.

With a strong background in finance and investments, you will analyze financial models and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.

Designing tax and capital structures is another key aspect of this role, requiring close collaboration with legal and financial advisors.

You will prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and executive reviews.

Due diligence processes and transaction term sheets will also be under your management, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.

Monitoring asset performance and overseeing key asset management functions will drive value creation and growth.

Providing regular progress updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones will be an essential part of your responsibilities.

Staying up-to-date with government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development will be crucial in this role.

Requirements:
  • CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations; strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • A dependable team player who can collaborate effectively across functions while also working independently.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong time management, and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
