Job Description

A renowned enterprise is seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the implementation of real estate harmonization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of SAP RE and developing an as-is and to-be model covering master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering models.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in working with SAP RE-FX modules, particularly in S/4 environments, along with a comprehensive knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4, including Fiori.

Additionally, the selected individual should be able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4 and contribute to activities such as RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing to relevant IT resources.

Key skills required include expertise in cost controlling in RE-FX modules, familiarity with SAP FI-CO, and a deep understanding of how SAP RE-FX integrates with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4.

Furthermore, the successful candidate should have knowledge of IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in real estate harmonization initiatives
  • Expertise in working with SAP RE-FX modules in S/4 environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge base on SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4, including Fiori
  • Ability to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4
  • Knowledge of cost controlling in RE-FX modules
  • Familiarity with SAP FI-CO
  • Understanding of how SAP RE-FX integrates with SAP FI-CO in SAP S/4
