Closing Sales Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Coordination: Manage and oversee the closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker, proactive problem-solver.

This role requires a deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations. A command of numbers, calculations, and analytical understanding is critical.
