We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail professional to spearhead our store sales team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

">Responsibilities">
  • End-to-end ownership of the store, encompassing all aspects of retail operations.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) clients, utilizing exceptional sales skills to close high-value jewelry sales.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

  • MBA from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
