Job Title: Business Director

We are seeking a highly skilled business professional to spearhead our company's strategic growth and development.

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the management of a cross-functional team, comprising merchandising, operations, marketing, customer care, and creative & content departments.

  • Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and optimize approaches for maximum impact.

You will work closely with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.

Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand, positioning us as a leader in the luxury e-commerce space.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, affiliate & email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
