Strategic Contract Manager

We are seeking a seasoned contract professional to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

About the Role:
  • Manage contract drafting, review, and execution processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
  • Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective contract strategies to drive business growth and success.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze and evaluate contract performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future contracts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices.
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
