Job Title: Real Estate Sales Representative
Location: Gurugram - In Office - Full Time
Work Timings: 10:30 - 6:30 PM (Monday - Saturday)
HR Benefits: 14 Casual Leaves, 12 CL, 2 RH in a calendar year
Work From Home Facility: 2 WFH Every Month + 2nd & 4th Saturday by default work from home.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our real estate sales team. The role requires effective communication, lead generation, client relationship management, and driving sales conversions through telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate projects and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete project details to prospects.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales updates in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer requirements, objections, and preferences.
- Assist in closing deals by coordinating between clients and the on-ground sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
- Ability to handle targets, objections, and pressure in a sales environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate background is an added advantage).
