Capital Raising Strategist

The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement strategies for securing investment capital in real estate projects across various asset classes.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive capital raising plans to meet fund targets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and identifying new investor opportunities
  • Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Preparing and presenting proposals to secure investment
  • Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the financial community
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and compliance
  • Providing regular reporting on fund performance and progress towards targets

For this position, we are seeking an individual with a proven track record in real estate fund raising, accompanied by a strong network of investor contacts. A postgraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is also required. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in real estate fund management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modelling
