Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Equirus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration support and a passion for providing exceptional technical support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals via phone calls, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals.
- Office 365 administration experience including Intune, Security, MDM.
- Automation of routine support activities.
- Perform routine maintenance, such as updating software and drivers.
- Collaborate with intra-IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Coordination with vendor for the Asset procurement.
- Communicate effectively with customer service of various vendors to resolve hardware issues in assets if any.
- Prepare knowledge base articles and build a knowledge repository for IT related processes & issues within the organization.
- Proactive checks of IT security standards being followed by employees.
