About the Role
">We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining new client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to build a strong sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry connections to expand our reach.
Maintain existing client relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of the contingent staffing industry, including market trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
