Global Business Development Lead

Aimlay is a global educational and writing support service platform, dedicated to empowering working professionals and experiential learners. We offer a wide range of courses from matriculation to PhD, partnering with renowned universities to provide accessible and flexible education.

We acknowledge real-world knowledge through pathways such as honorary doctorates and DBA programs, supporting PhD aspirants from admission to completion. Based in Delhi, with counseling centers worldwide, Aimlay is committed to making education equitable and transformative.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategic business development plans to expand our presence globally and increase market share.
  2. Foster strong relationships with international clients and identify new market opportunities.
  3. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  4. Collaborate closely with different teams to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
  5. Analyze customer requirements and offer products/services/solutions that meet their needs.
  6. Support delegations, liaising with internal departments as needed.
  7. Prioritize effective time management, maintaining a 9:30 PM-6:30 AM work shift and requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience.
