Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development across entire regions, as well as servicing existing clients and portfolios. They will also be expected to develop and manage a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Over 12-18 years of experience in leadership roles with minimum 10-12 years of management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and staff development skills are essential.
  • A long-term vision and prospect about the company's future is required.
  • The ability to monitor team performance, direct reports, and timely reporting is necessary.
  • Monitoring performance and goal setting is crucial.
  • Preferring candidates from the same state or region profile.
  • Computer literacy, physical fitness, and clear CIBIL records are mandatory.
  • Knowing good knowledge of geographical areas of working is necessary.
  • Good energy levels in appearance, leadership quality to motivate teams at a state level, having an appetite to lead people systematically.
  • Taking leadership for new initiatives, marketing activities, relationships with other departments and verticals, coordination, negotiation skills, presetting teams and individuals for marketing activities, meetings in HO's, departmental meetings, knowledge sharing, and product training to new employees and customers groups.
  • Succeeding together, nurturing talent, hard work, and detail orientation, industry awareness.
  • Reviews portfolio performance of various sourcing channels, different category products, and specific customer segments. Understand the gap and help define product policy with the help of underwriting teams.
