About the Position:

We are seeking a driven and strategic business professional to lead our regional growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be well-organized, and have a strong understanding of sales, prospecting, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in both new and existing markets.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to identify, attract, and recruit high-performing sales talent.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to organizational policies within the assigned zone.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on performance, opportunities, and key skills required for success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of proven sales and business development experience.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
