We are seeking an accomplished Regional HR Manager to oversee employee experience and drive strategic growth in our India office.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to shape organizational programs and foster a positive workplace culture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refining and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, leadership coaching, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting overall business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our business goals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through coaching, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive execution of business strategies and ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Provide expert guidance on people-related challenges, solutions, and risks associated with proposed business initiatives.
- Act as a champion of our Vena culture and values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in HR management in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business and financial conditions, link HR and business strategy, and identify ways to improve business performance.
- Proven track record of success in shaping organizational programs to suit regional needs.
- Experience in Talent Management: including leadership coaching and development, overall talent assessment, succession planning, and high-potential retention.
- Exceptional influence and negotiation skills, bolstered by the ability to develop trust, credibility, and be seen as a trusted advisor to the business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior experience in a multinational setting such as a Global Capabilities Centre or similar background is highly preferred.
- Experience managing workplace communities such as PoSH or similar initiatives.
- Active and robust professional network on LinkedIn or other platforms.
- Graduate or Post-graduate Degree in HR / Industrial Relations is preferred.
