Job Title: Urgent: Tele-Sales Manager

Job Description:

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our tele-sales team to meet revenue goals. Your primary objective will be to develop, manage and retain our tele-sales and service teams to consistently expand our customer base.

The successful candidate will have experience as a tele-sales team leader and manager with an excellent performance background. You will demonstrate vision and ability to communicate, mentor and influence positively and retain team members with strong performance.

You will efficiently manage processes through collaboration with team members and other departments. Additionally, you will possess excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. A strong business sense and service orientation are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, coaching, goal setting, efforts monitoring and performance management of sales and service executives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily call targets and daily sales targets.
  • Lead in promoting our unique online product and excellent service deliveries to maintain the lead position in the SME market.
  • Present monthly and daily sales plans, sales forecasts and performance reports regularly to the management team.
  • Manage procurement of potential B2B data with proper knowledge of potential markets.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience as a tele-sales team leader and manager with excellent performance background.
  • Demonstrated vision and ability to communicate, mentor and influence positively and retain team members with strong performance.
  • Efficiently managing processes through collaboration with team members and other departments.

Remuneration (Negotiable):

Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 42,000/- net take home + Daily & Monthly Incentives
