We are seeking a dedicated Tele Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic support to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and providing appropriate guidance. This role requires effective communication skills and a compassionate approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic counselling sessions with clients to address their concerns and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
- Provide information and guidance on various mental health resources and services.
- Develop and implement personalized counselling plans for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve counselling techniques and methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of mental health issues and counselling techniques.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication and computer software for documentation and communication.
