Strategic HR Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide strategic support to senior business leaders, drive organizational change and enhance business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational strategy and people-related initiatives
  • Develop and track goals, complete appraisals, prepare pre-TC decks and monitor actions from TCs
  • Collaborate with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop valuable propositions for talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs and rewards
  • Analyze and apply data strategically – identify trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
  • Maintain deep connections and understanding of people in the business to sustain a healthy talent pool and succession for critical roles
  • Plan Annual Operating Plans (AOP) according to business requirements
Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 3-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Proven HR experience across talent management, employee engagement & retention
  • Ability to work effectively under constraints
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; skilled at problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders
