">- We are seeking a skilled IFA Relationship Manager to join our team.
About the Role
">The IFA Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with IFAs, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Product Education: Educate and guide IFAs on our products and services, helping them understand their benefits and features.
- Sales Support: Provide timely support and solutions to help IFAs grow their business, meet targets, and overcome challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor IFA sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance.
- Query Resolution: Address queries and resolve issues faced by IFAs promptly, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Market Updates: Share market updates and product knowledge regularly with IFAs, keeping them informed and up-to-date.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- Financial Services Experience: Proven experience in financial services, particularly with IFAs or wealth management.
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, or investments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present complex information effectively.
- Independence and Target-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
